Service Department

Since 1976, Bond Organ Builders has provided high quality tuning, service, and maintenance. Richard Bond's goals of tonal excellence, reliability, and value for his new organs, translates into a service department with close to 100 pleased customers, where each organ is carefully and accurately tuned, and all maintenance problems are swiftly repaired, resulting in organs that perform at their best.

Service Team

The Bond service department is comprised of Service Manager Fred Beal, Joe O'Donnell and Grant Edwards. Each person has devoted his life to the study of organ building and each has brought multiple years of experience to this company. The service department views it as our duty to preserve the fine art of organ building at the highest possible level, thus our industry is well served, and so are you.

Full Service for You

Offering you 'full' service means your needs for accurate tuning and regulation will be met at each service call. Annoying little mechanical malfunctions will be repaired. A complete check of all parts of the organ will be performed. Expert voicing can be arranged for, bringing out the full beauty of your pipes. With the backing of a complete organ building staff in the shop, you can receive major design or rebuilding ideas or even prepare the way for a whole new organ.
